Our Services
Feeding Ferry County is a Washington nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing food insecurity in Ferry County and surrounding rural communities. Ferry County is one of the most geographically isolated counties in Washington State, where limited grocery infrastructure, long travel distances, seasonal employment, and fixed incomes contribute to persistent food access challenges for seniors, families with children, and low-income households.
Our mission is to reduce food insecurity through humanitarian assistance, community partnerships, and education. Feeding Ferry County works collaboratively with existing food banks and community organizations to strengthen—not duplicate—local food systems. Its approach emphasizes dignity, accessibility, and flexibility by meeting people where they are.
